One of my specialties is working with women who are rediscovering their truth, their voices, and their lives; women who struggle with the enormous demands of life, childrearing and work; women in the metamorphosis of menopause who yearn for meaning and soul in a culture that denies both; women who manage to provide care for all those around them at the expense of themselves; women who are squeezed into situations that de-power them; women who are ready and willing to step into their own full power. Face-to-face sessions are possible if you live in my area of St Louis, MO. The sessions are 30 minutes in duration; sessions are paid by cash, check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in advance of the sessions. This shows that a serious commitment is being made. You pay your own telephone costs to call in for your sessions. You are in control of your own destiny, disclosing new concerns, past actions, new goals, techniques you wish to use to accomplish the new goals. Like a fitness coach, I often assign homework, which I hold you accountable to complete as agreed upon.
Complimentary Coaching Sessions
We will spend about 60 minutes discussing your situation and goals. There will be no charge whatsoever. We will then discuss some short term suggestions with you - ideas you can put to use right away. There will be no attempt to sign you up to anything or pressure to pay anything. The entire session will focus on you and showing you what coaching can do for you. We only want to work with clients who want coaching and will benefit from it. The free session will give both of us an idea of what is possible. The session will wrap up giving you an idea of what further coaching sessions would be like. That's how it works, and it does work.
I charge on a monthly retainer basis. Our fee arrangement is worked out once we've had a complimentary coaching session and I have a better understanding of your current situation and goals.
Personal Coaching: $500 monthly retainer
Recommended for those ready to commit to Weekly Coaching to achieve a goal with the support of an unbiased partner. Pricing is based on a 4 week ongoing cycle.
Includes --
FOUR 30 minute Coaching Calls (one every week)
ONE 15 minute check-in between scheduled calls, as needed, Monday through Friday
Weekly E-cap of the call for your support and use
Unlimited Email Coaching between scheduled calls with 24-hour turnaround Monday through Friday.
Business Coaching
Prices range from $125-$150 per hour depending on the level of support we decide upon (length of call, frequency, etc.) Also included is email support (with 24-hour turnaround). $500.00 non-refundable retainer required before any sessions take place.Business
Development Consultation: We will assist YOU in
preparing your own business plan, grants, other business related documentation
& research: $75 USD per hour.
Let our team help you. From initial
concept to a polished document ready to take to the bank, we can guide you
through the process and help prepare a business plan which will:
a)
describe in great detail what you plan to do and how you will do it;
b) lay
out all the financial documents including needs and uses of money; and
c)
cover such vital topics as target market, competition and competitive advantage;
marketing, operations, staffing, laws and rules and regulations, insurance,
taxation, incorporation or sole proprietorship or co-op or partnership,
banking...everything you need to help you get funding and then start and run
your successful venture.
Business Development Preparation by
Details: $500 non-refundable retainer and $125 USD per hour with a 5
man-hour minimum requirement. Same services as offered above in Business
Development Consultation. Timing and fee estimates will be negotiated and a
timeline will be presented to you in a formal written proposal before work
begins. Plans are completed from info you provide and deliverables include 3
full paper copies at completion, additional copies can be ordered @ $25.00 each.
Included with the package is the entire plan on CD. You own the reproduction
rights. Works - in- progress are invoiced monthly unless agreed otherwise.
Customized Presentations and Seminars: Flat fee of $600
for 4 hours or less; $1000 for 4.5-8 hours; longer sessions are negotiable;
additional cost per participants, materials, supplies and equipment could apply.
We can create or deliver off the shelf materials for your
organization.
Proposal and Grant Writing
If you must either a) write
proposals to get contracts or b) write grant applications, we can work with you.
Our team has years of experience working with government, corporations and
foundations, so we know how they operate. Our success rate is very high in these
areas. If you prefer, we can bill you on a "fee plus contingency" rate for these
services.
Strategic & Business Planning, Organizational
Analysis & Business Diagnosis, Process Improvement and Controls, Grants,
501c3: Fees are based on the complexity of the assignment, estimated
number of man-days and application of special skills.
Assignments
requiring 1-30 man-days $150 USD per man-hour
Assignments requiring 31-60
man-days $125 USD per man-hour
Assignments requiring 61 or more man days $100
USD per man-hour
Expenses incurred for work on your behalf will be
invoiced at the actual cost. Air Travel, where required, will be at economy
class. Other expenses could include transportation, hotel, meals, etc.
Note:
- $500 non-refundable retainer will be required before any work starts. This will be applied towards the final invoice.
- Work in progress are invoiced monthly unless agreed otherwise
- A signed Service Agreement Contract will be required
- Confidentiality is guaranteed

Feasibility Studies
Want to start a business or take on a project? Not sure if you should? Working closely with you, we can help you look at and weigh all the factors before you say "go" or "no go", thus saving you time and money down the road. If the answer is "yes", then we can assist with the business plan or project planning. If the answer is "no", we can help you find alternatives.
